Timothy Bogan earned his Bachelor of Science in Education with a focus on Comprehensive Social Studies (7-12) from Bowling Green State University (BGSU) and his Master's in Administration from the University of Dayton. He began teaching at Williamsburg in 2000 and has since been an integral part of the educational community.

Mark A. Herron began his education at Southern State Community College before enlisting in the U.S. Air Force, where he served for six years. After his time in the Air Force, he attended the University of Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky University, earning a Bachelor of Science in Accounting with a minor in Finance from NKU. Mark also holds a Master’s Degree in Education Leadership from the University of Dayton and has completed courses through the U.S. Air Force Academy and the U.S. Air Force Air War College - Air University. He has been a part of the Wildcat Family since 2000, bringing his diverse background and leadership experience to his role.

Alisha Rader graduated from Miami University with a degree in Music Education. She began her teaching career at Williamsburg in 2024 and is excited to be a part of the vibrant community. With a passion for music and education, Alisha is dedicated to inspiring students and fostering a love for music.

Aaron Stahley earned his Bachelor of Arts in MS Education from Northern Kentucky University and his Master of Education in Secondary Education from Xavier University. Aaron began teaching at Williamsburg in 2022.

Griffin Stith attended Wilmington College, where he earned a Bachelor of Science, and later pursued teaching at Ohio State University. He began teaching at Williamsburg in 2020, bringing his knowledge and enthusiasm for education to the classroom.

Candice Mechlin's first year at Williamsburg. She brings a diverse and impressive academic background, having attended several reputable institutions throughout her education journey. Candice began her studies at Eastern Kentucky University in Pre-Law before moving on to Northern Kentucky University, where she earned a BS in Finance. She then pursued her passion for education by studying Mathematics at the University of Cincinnati, obtaining an Integrated Mathematics K-12 License. In addition to her mathematics degree, Candice has completed an Intensive Pedagogical Training Certificate at Ohio State University, and she holds a Graduate Certificate in Alternative Resident Education from Bowling Green University. Candice is excited to contribute her extensive knowledge and commitment to student success during her first year at Williamsburg.

Holly Kopcha earned her Bachelor’s in Journalism from Miami University, her Master’s in English from Ohio Dominican, her Master’s in Education from Mount Vernon Nazarene, and her Administrators' Licensure from Indiana Wesleyan. She has been a part of the Wildcat Family since 2022, contributing her diverse expertise and passion for education.
